Why recycle?
Not only electrical appliances, but also batteries and accumulators contain many recyclable metals such as zinc, iron, manganese, nickel, cadmium or lead. Some of these substances are also very dangerous to the environment and human health, especially mercury, lead and cadmium. Selected batteries are often labeled with a chemical element that contains (Pb, Cd, Hg).
Passing batteries and electrical equipment to the take-back site, thanks to material recycling, saves primary raw materials and at the same time protects our environment from potential improper handling.
